Refund policy

Oju Inu Studio does not accept refunds/exchanges.  Refunds are only accepted if your purchase is damaged during transit. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@ojuinustudio.com with details + photos of the product and defect. Please make sure your name and order number are included in subject line. 

Please note: Notice of the damaged item(s) must be submitted within 48 hours of the item being received as timestamped by your tracking number. A return label will be emailed to you once we have confirmed the damage.  Once the damaged item is received, a refund will be issued.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
